3 Year Warranty

Limited LED Product and Driver

We warrant to the original purchaser, with proof of purchase, its delivered products should be free from defects in the material and workmanship for up to three years from date of shipment. We will repair, or at QE Global’s option, replace the defective product during the standard warranty period. This warranty applies only to the repair or replacement of the product and only when the product is properly handled, installed and maintained according to our instructions. This warranty excludes defects resulting from improper installation, acts of God, fire, vandalism or civil disturbances. Purchaser must notify us in writing within 30 days of noticing the defect.

Limited LED Warranty

We warranty to the original purchaser, with proof of purchase, its supplied LEDs for three years from date of shipment. QE Global will repair, or at QE Globals option, replace the defective fixture during the stated warranty period should there be greater than 20% of the LED’s failure per fixture, and/or total failure. "Failure" is considered a non-operating LED and or QE Global’s whole product. We reserve the right to amend the warranty description with 30 days prior notice stated in this limited warranty.

Clause

QE Global will require this contractor to return the defective item to QE Global or one it’s representatives. Failure to return it to QE Global or one of it’s representatives will result in none compliance of warranty by the client and replacements will be charged and invoiced to the client under QE Global’s standard terms.
